We really liked our rooms with a sofa bed and the convenient location in Jackson near a shopping area and multiple stores.

The hotel's location close to the airport is unbeatable and convenient. The rooms were brand-new and functional, equipped with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Every staff member was attentive and knowledgeable.

It's excellent and cute hotel, everything was brand-new. Everyone who works in the property is welcoming and fantastic. This place is in an incredible and marvellous location close to the airport. And it's very close to shops and restaurants and interstate, and Valley View Mall. Overall fresh food, plus there is Applebee's close by. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite I stayed in was large and super clean, with everything appearing brand new. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel staff was top-notch, providing a fast check-in and offering a shuttle service to nearby restaurants. They even recommended restaurants that offer a discount to hotel guests. The breakfast in the morning was superior to other hotels I've stayed at, with hot and tasty options, including home fries. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options just minutes away.

Our two-night stay at Mainstay Suites was great value for the money. The room was comfortable and spacious, with lovely mountain views that my 7-year-old loved. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Alexis at the front desk, who quickly switched our room when we noticed an odd odor.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
